How It Works:
- Curated Matching:
- Clusters are formed based on industry, skills, or career aspirations (e.g., Tech Leadership, Product Management, Consulting, etc.).
- Virtual Kickoff Event
- A 60–90 minute session to launch the program.
- Includes:
- Welcome from a Capgemini leader or alumni ambassador.
- Icebreaker activity (e.g., “Two Truths and a Lie” or “Career Bingo”).
- Breakout rooms for each cluster to meet, introduce themselves, and set expectations.
- Cluster structure:
- 4–6 members per cluster (1–2 mentors + 3–4 mentees).
- Monthly or bi-monthly virtual meetups.
- Suggested themes: Career transitions, leadership lessons, tech trends, work-life balance.
- Support Materials
- Provide a digital toolkit with:
- Conversation starters
- Goal-setting templates
- Feedback forms
- Recognition & Continuity
- Highlight active Clusters in alumni newsletters or LinkedIn.
- Offer digital badges or certificates for participation.
- Option to rotate pods every 6 months to expand networks.
