How It Works:

1. Curated Matching:

• Clusters are formed based on industry, skills, or career aspirations (e.g., Tech Leadership, Product Management, Consulting, etc.).

1. Virtual Kickoff Event
   • A 60–90 minute session to launch the program.
   • Includes:
     • Welcome from a Capgemini leader or alumni ambassador.
     • Icebreaker activity (e.g., “Two Truths and a Lie” or “Career Bingo”).
     • Breakout rooms for each cluster to meet, introduce themselves, and set expectations.
2. Cluster structure:
   • 4–6 members per cluster (1–2 mentors + 3–4 mentees).
   • Monthly or bi-monthly virtual meetups.
   • Suggested themes: Career transitions, leadership lessons, tech trends, work-life balance.
3. Support Materials
   • Provide a digital toolkit with:
     • Conversation starters
     • Goal-setting templates
     • Feedback forms
4. Recognition & Continuity
   • Highlight active Clusters in alumni newsletters or LinkedIn.
   • Offer digital badges or certificates for participation.
   • Option to rotate pods every 6 months to expand networks.
